How payment is processed

We do not process payment on our website. All payments are taken and processed by PayPal. When you purchase a crystal, and proceed to the checkout page, we will only ask for your billing and shipping address information and email address, which PayPal require, but nothing more than that is required by us. We do not ask for any credit card details or payment information, as we do not process any part of the payment process, which is all done by PayPal alone.  When you proceed to make payment, you will be passed directly to the secure PayPal site where your purchase will be processed. None of this information is visible to us and none of it is recorded, stored or processed on our site.
